Pick up and drop off was fine but there wasn’t really any communication about the how tos, it was sort of assumed that I would just open the door and find the keys, which I did.
Also, there is something going on with the acceleration of the Ford Focus. It is juttering and just overall feels a bit dicey when driving. Not a terrible experience but the car left a bit to be desired.
I was actually expecting you to tell me , you were there to pick up the car , when I came out car was gone . Oh well !! Than you just dropped the car without saying a word ! Communication works from both sides
