Pick and and drop off was smooth. however, the car is outdated. AC was extremely weak and there was no GPS connection. The car is from 2015, but still has manual crank down windows.

Just to clarify: the car does have GPS through Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and I confirmed after your trip that the A/C was working perfectly. It looks like the A/C button may not have been turned on, which could’ve made it feel less effective.
