Good cat but has some challenges. Very efficient and with free charging saves a lot on gas. Had slight issue with slow charging and screen freezing but overall a very successful trip. Needs some maintenance like a front tire that is almost bald and the AC fan can be noisy.
Hi Jeffrey, disappointed in not getting five stars
Regarding “slow” charging, we provided Tesla tips for efficient charging. Recommend daily charging is 80% and noticed it was set to 100%. Peak/non peak hour charging also plays a factor.
Screen glitching was taken care of with a software reset.
The “almost bad” tire was taken to tire shop where it marked 5/32 so we highly dispute that.
AC was tested and passed all tests. Cabin filter changed just in case. We welcome you back anytime Jeff.

Best experience on Turo! Hands down. Jason went above and beyond and it’s sad that this trip ended. The car works perfect: clean, easy to setup and has a sunroof that works. I really loved renting it and if ever needed won’t hesitate on rebooking. Thank you Jason and team! Yall are the best, OBRIGADA!

Highly the most comfortable ride I’ve had. Back support on the seat is incredible. Beautiful car, and received a lot of comments.
Communication with owner has been excellent. I haven’t had too much exposure with Teslas, and the owner had always been available throughout the whole trip. Top tier owner. Would definitely recommend this owner for any vehicle in their fleet.
