The key pad need to be fix an the car runs ruff but they are good people always take care of me I only get my rental from them so go with them very nice people

Communication could be better
They notified me less than 45 mins of pickup about instructions how to get the car and who ever was messaging me threatened to cancel my trip because I was “pushy” about their lack of communication

The car initially smelt like cat urine and it took a few days and a lot of spray to make it come out. While driving at night, the headlight isn’t bright. A safety hazard
