8/10. Had issues initially when booking. Host asked for me to submit my license via messages and also provided me a different pickup location than what was posted. Ending up working out in the end but one thing I didnt like is that there were two trackers in the car. I wasn't too fond of that. I dont like that they could see my private locations. This was the first time I had this ever happen on Turo.

Yes, they’re definitely was issues in the beginning because Turo didn’t update my info as requested several times, however, they finally did. I ended up having to speak with a team manager and changed it right away. I was advised to tell her to upload her ID in photos so that I can verify her because they were having a glitch and I also sent her the messages that they were sending me via screenshot messages so that she knows nothing was wrong on my end, but she had a problem uploading her ID
