Amazing experience from start to finish! The host was great, very friendly and easy to work with. The BMW 5 Series was an awesome car, super smooth ride, comfortable, and truly a luxury experience. The car drove beautifully and made the entire trip even better. Highly recommend both the car and the host! Would definitely rent again!

Car had very bad smoking smell, conveyed same to host and he agreed too. Poor direction to pickup car, host just said car is at B7, had to ask him clearly where is B7.
Parked car 1 day in advance and I had to bear the overnight parking fee, turo said they can’t help.
Worst experience ever.
