While the car is mechanically sound and did not have any issues, it is not in great cosmetic condition (broken trim panels, faulty pop up display, heavily stained interior).
Arthur, you were an incredible guest and I’m terribly sorry the vehicle did not meet your standard. I understand the vehicle has character but please keep in mind the vehicle is 13 years old and is listed at a 15% discount. If you are in the market for a pristine vehicle I would recommend renting a new model. Also, to be clear, I sanitize and wipe down all surfaces prior to each reservation. I will learn from this and make sure this fact is more apparent. Thank you!
