To start, Sulaiman's Turo pic is deceiving, because the picture shows a well put together vehicle when in fact, upon seeing it in person the vehicle is missing the rear hub caps which is esthetically ugly. Once you're past the exterior, the interior was gross with long dog fur everywhere which indicated, he didn't make sure that the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. Next, when it became time to start the car I couldn't find the keys! They were nowhere to be found. I sent messages to Sulaiman to no avail, my wife and I knocked on the door numerous times, as well as rang the door bell numerous times, still to no avail, it's getting later, which now made us late for work. I finally called the police because we couldn't help but think about all of the fraudulent things that are happening nowadays. The police arrived, knocked on the door several times, and initially a female came to the door, Soon Sulaiman came out with keys and excuses... "tired from a wedding"... "the storm we had"... now and hour later, he promised to give an extra rental day which would've required me to book an extra day with Turo (pay more money) and wait for Turo to refund me, uuh NO! He then said he would just refund a day, of which I agreed, but he didn't do it. Sulaiman gives Turo a bad name and his actions challenged the integrity of Turo's service guarantees.
