The car was not in good condition. When turning right, there is a rattling noise coming from somewhere. The quality does not match the price.
Thank you for your feedback. We did have the car inspected and we could not find a rattling noise. We do want to note that you have booked the car at 11 PM at night and request a delivery and we had accommodated all of your requests. We believe that the review is unfair and unfortunately, we cannot control the price as Turo does add their own fees in relation to the drivers risk and driving history. We would love to have another chance for you to book with us. Thank you!
