We were highly inconvenienced. This car was rented for prom and that was communicated to the seller. Yet the car was dirty on the outside, damaged terribly on the inside— chairs were in absolutely horrible condition, had damage on the driver side window and mirror. It was not at all acceptable for a special event. I wouldn't even drive it for a simple event as it wreaked of marijuana. I'm a kind person, and I tried to work with this seller to see if they would at least offer us chair covers or reimbursement for what we paid to cover the chairs— due to it being for prom, but the seller refused to help. I felt like I was scammed.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was checked in with time-stamped photos showing it was clean and in the listed condition, with no severe damage or odor (it is strictly non-smoking). No concerns were raised at pickup or during the trip. It’s very convenient that these claims surfaced only after you requested reimbursement for seat covers to fit your room narrative. , which I declined due to lack of evidence. I do not agree with this characterization.
