Car overheated and broke down within hour of picking it up had to be stuck on side of road and slowly moved it into a gas station waiting with a 7 months old baby for 3/4 hours however the owner was very communicative and empathetic she met me to pick up the key and took the vehicle in her possession but still have not received a refund for the Turo and other items I had to pay out of pocket for a situation I did not ask to happen. Then a day or so later I seen an accident report falsely trying to report me for a accident when I never once hit anything with that car Turo can clearly see the before and after photos showing that same smudge on the left side of her vehicle and common sense overheating is an engine issue and if the car alert went off it’s clearly from the overheating event from what ever happens in the the engine as you can see the oil and water on the picture top that something happen with that engine. Not to happy at all about this experience then to have a false claim very very upset thank goodness my insurance reports my drive history and activity to prove my innocence for situations like this and I would recommend everyone get you that app.
