I wish I could give this a big NEGATIVE 10 stars 😔.
First thing started off wrong for my trip, I was on time for pick up, but the host hadn't approved my license yet. Which all hosts have up to an hour before your trip starts to approve your license. I attempted to call, no response. I sent a message about 15 minutes later the host responded with a message they just approved my license. This is 20 minutes in, past my pick up time and I still didn't have access to the vehicle. Then the host sends me a private message outside of the Turo app, demanding me to take pictures of the vehicle and send it to them for the simple fact they did not do so prior to my trip and did not know what condition the car was in. The host also stated if I chose not to do this, they would cancel my trip after being late on my trip from their behalf. I replied with a message stating that I always take my check in pictures through the Turo app as the guidelines instruct me to do. The host replied with a rude, non professional, threatening demand saying to take pictures of the vehicle and send to them privately or they were going to cancel my trip. I did not respond due to the fact the host had the wrong location of where exactly the vehicle was located. I texted the host back asking where is the vehicle cause I'm at the location they provided. The host responded with the exact location which happened to be across the street, on the side of a plaza. I initially passed going to the wrong location provided. After finding the vehicle and taking pictures to send to host, they gave me access by unlocking the door. I proceeded with check-in through the Turo app and noticed how unkept the vehicle was. Tires had mud on them, car hasn't been washed or vacuumed in weeks, an both tires on the passenger side were in VERY bad condition. By the time I was done with my check-in process, it was 40 minutes past my pickup time. The very next day, the front passenger tire blew out as I was driving. Luckily there was a spare in the trunk. I messaged the host and let them know what happened. They did not try to compensate me for my attempt on getting a replacement tire. Everyday for the remainder of my trip I made multiple stops to get a replacement tire, but that size wasn't available. The day before returning the vehicle, the host sends me a message for check out . They demanded that I vacuum out the vehicle which I found to be insane due to the fact the vehicle was not vacuumed or cleaned out properly prior to me picking it up. There was multiple debit cards from different customers in the vehicle, even customer's personal mail, spider webs everywhere, and bad stains in the seats. I spoke with Turo customer service and they told me I didn't have to take pictures outside of the Turo app to gain access to the vehicle and also, that host could not cancel my trip if I refused to take the extra pictures. That was an invalid reason. No one should EVER rent from this host, they don't care about their customers at all and it shows!
Insane. Very unnecessary. A ton of lies. SMH. We will not even take time to read these lies and you shouldn’t either

The ride was great. i did find a dent in the rear passenger fender that i didn’t see in the pictures or description that i was a kind of annoyed at at first but its fine, its barely noticeable and the car gave me zero performance issues.
