The vehicle needs some repairs and maintenance. The brakes are squeaking, and the vehicle makes a significant amount of noise while driving. The radio/Bluetooth system was not working properly. In addition, one of the rear seat belts was either not functioning or appeared to be detached.

Be extremely careful with this host. They actively look for loopholes and flaws in Turo’s system to extort extra money from renters by claiming pre-existing scratches and damage that you did not cause.
Even if you document the car carefully, this host will try to file false claims to profit off unsuspecting guests, and Turo’s support system completely fails to protect customers from these tactics. Save yourself the stress and money: do not rent from this host under any circumstances.
