Features of the car were locked and unavailable to use, which was the reason I vented the car in the first place I would like some sort of credit in regards to the issues that were unable to be fixed

Host was good but the car has a hanging piece that is ripped off at the bottom of the car so makes noise when you drive. It was my first time riding a Tesla and took away from the experience. Didn’t fully enjoy driving the car due to this. Everything else was good.
