Although communication has been good, this car should not be driven in the condition it’s in. Rotors felt warped after driving up and down bigger hills, the car couldn’t make it above 60mph without shaking, I picked it up with the maintenance light on, and I got pulled over driving in the evening because the tail light was out. I appreciated the extra hour after drop off extension since I was running a little late, but overall disappointed and honesty shocked about folks letting others use the car in this condition.
