This was the best TURO ride and the people responded back fast everyone was really helpful and nice I would definitely recommend them to anyone ! I would definitely rent again with them thanks guys

I rented the car on 7/19, I had'nt noticed the paper license plate expired on 7/20 until three days in. The vehicle was full of sand & dirty but it was an emergency and I took it anyway. The car made a loud explosion noise if you drove over 60, keyfob didnt work, ac was not strong at all. Later on I find out, documents in the glove compartment were all expired. Host, was negligent, careless, & evasive. I rented the car for a month, had it for a week, and drove it for four days, the 4th day being stopped by police. Imagine if I would have driven out to another state. The only solution the host provided was to pay for a ticket if police give me one. I asked for updated documents and received nothing. I escalated the issue to TURO, they were able to get me a full refund after the car was towed back to the host. READ THE POLICY, AND CHECK THE DOCUMENTS before taking a car from this host. In fact, TEST DRIVE THE CAR BEFORE KEEPING IT.
