my car was late delivering to me. I had to wait about 15 minutes. I scheduled for 930 delivery expecting to go to a parking spot with the key in console to get the car in takeoff, but I had to wait for a personal person to deliver to me then the end of my trip I was in the middle of a funeral four hours before my trip was supposed to end with the host constantly calling and texting and messaging me on the Turo app and even when I responded saying I was at a funeral, they still continue to call a text and my trip was not even over. I will never use them ever again.
Pickup was clearly communicated as curbside from the time the booking was confirmed, including that we’d be waiting at the cell phone lot and would drive to your terminal once you were ready
On the return date, no response to Turo chat nor text messages! Left the car unattended without our confirmation.
Communication is the key for smooth experience.
