The car has bold tires, cigarette smoke odor and a lot of dents and scratches

When picking up the car, I had to wait some time in the rain because I couldn’t get into the car and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to find out how to get in the car.
When I finally got in the car and was able to drive off, I noticed a few things.
Engine light was on. Brake light was on. Tires were worn out. The car shut off for me when I was returning it. It took several tries to get it to start.
When driving over 40 mph the car would shake. I’m thinking that had something to do with the worn out tires.

The car was great and the hosts were amazing. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. I loved the fast communication and easy pickup/drop-off. They also had a wide range of car options. My second time booking with drive pro and I would definitely recommend booking with them over any other hosts on Turo.

Great, fun car. Clean. Great customer service from owner. After putting gas, message on dashboard says remote battery is low and had to try a few times to get the car to start
