Alma provided a clean and well-maintained car. Our communication was open and very clear. She provided good instructions with helpful pictures on how to locate the vehicle for pickup. The vehicle also had an I-Pass toll transponder so driving through tollways was a breeze, and toll fees were handled after the trip through Turo as a Reimbursement Invoice.
I would gladly rent from Alma again in the future.
