Absolutely unacceptable experience. FALSE ADVERTISING, MISLEADING PHOTOS, AND QUESTIONABLE CHARGES. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST!
I rented this Mustang specifically for a wedding, and the entire experience was a disaster. The listing photos portrayed a clean, well-maintained vehicle in excellent condition. What I actually received was NOTHING like what was advertised. The car had HUGE dents all over the exterior, ripped seats, extensive undisclosed damage, and did not function properly. It was completely unacceptable for an important occasion.
Even worse, the host waited until TWO MINUTES before pickup to provide updated photos revealing the vehicle’s actual condition, conveniently after the cancellation deadline had passed. This was incredibly deceptive and left me with no reasonable opportunity to cancel.
And then came the ridiculous gas charges. The car had MORE THAN HALF A TANK of gas, yet I was charged for 10 GALLONS and provided a highly questionable fuel receipt. A Mustang with an approximately 15-gallon tank would need LESS THAN 7.5 gallons to fill up from more than half full. The math simply does not add up. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the receipt and the additional charges.
Between the grossly misleading listing, the concealed damage, the last-minute disclosure, and the suspicious fuel charges, this experience raises serious questions about the host’s honesty and integrity.
I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I would NEVER rent from this host again and strongly caution others against doing so. Do not trust the listing photos or assume the additional charges are legitimate.

You left a big scratch on my windshield, took off my Seat covers without Consulting me and you left the car with less than half a tank of gas when it was full when you picked up. Gas is expensive these days/ that’s why you didn’t fill back up…..
Great trip, the car is very fun to drive and there were no issues at all. Very clean interior and great communication from the host.
