Host was so accommodating and helpful when my travel plans were significantly impacted by weather. Car was clean and pick up / drop off was easy. Pick up location felt a little sketchy at first but was easy to find!

The brakes anti-locking brakes were entirely untrustworthy and you could tell the brakes needed work. Additionally, the car smelled horribly of cigarettes and had cigarette burns in the seat. I had a wedding to go to and could not swap out the car. I smelled like an ash tray at the wedding. I tried to explain this to the vehicle owner and she basically said I was making it up and my nose was too sensitive. Extremely sketchy pick up location too behind a rural truck stop. Good gas mileage. I will never rent from Victoria again and fortunately Turo corrected her error and restored my faith in them. In the end, I should have spent the $150 more for a Hertz to not deal with the stress and everything else that came with this. Horrible experience and poor customer service from the vehicle owner.
