The steering is not loose. The steering wheel cover is designed this way, and everyone has their own preference. For safety reasons, we do not provide vehicles that have known safety issues or would create a safety concern. If you prefer not to use the steering wheel cover, you’re welcome to remove it; we simply ask that you put it back on the steering wheel when you return the vehicle.
