The car was switched at the last minute as an “upgrade”. The car wobbled above 45mph and needed an oil change. It got us through but was not a great experience. Also I ended up communicating with some guy and the woman listed on the reservation. Very strange.

I’m her husband and help with the account. I’ll let you know that I do all of the oil changes with premium synthetic and long lasting filters so when the car says, it’s time for an oil change that is not necessarily so. Sorry you had a bad experience and hope the host that you deal with in the future Do a better job to make you happy
