Everything went well great car

Car smelt like smoke, car rattled, interior isn’t in good condition at all. It got me from point A to point B but yeah I was disappointed with this car.

Before the rental began, we clearly explained that if you had any questions or concerns, you should contact us immediately so we could assist you. After the rental was completed, we asked how everything went, and you indicated that everything was fine. We cannot control a customer’s actions inside the vehicle, including smoking, which is why our policies and expectations are clearly communicated before and during every rental. We encourage all customers to communicate with your (host)

The oil light was functioning properly and was simply an alert that the vehicle was approaching its recommended oil-service interval. The customer complained about multiple aspects of the rental, despite our efforts to address the concerns. The customer was also disrespectful from the beginning of the rental. The customer wanted to change vehicles as if they were shopping at a car lot, rather than completing a scheduled rental. We strive to provide clean, reliable, and (properly maintained)
