Convenient great ride

My original reservation was canceled about 30 minutes before pickup, which was very frustrating. The host did have another vehicle available, but it wasn’t up to the standard I expected. I probably should have canceled and booked with someone else.
The replacement vehicle was missing a hubcap, which made it look poorly maintained. It was a 2024 model with a large infotainment screen, but it didn’t have built-in GPS/navigation, so I had to use my phone for directions the entire trip. I found that disappointing for such a newer vehicle.
On the positive side, the car drove well and was reliable during my trip. However, because of the last-minute cancellation and the condition and features of the replacement vehicle, my overall experience was below expectations.
