I am beyond disappointed with the condition of the vehicle I rented. To call it dirty would be an understatement. It was obscenely filthy, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for customer use.
From the moment I got in, there was a syrup-like sticky substance near the front dashboard area and along the door panel, making parts of the interior sticky to the touch. The driver’s seat was severely torn on the side, and to my horror, ants and even a roach crawled out from the tear in the seat.
As if that was not bad enough, while I was actively driving, two roaches came crawling out of the air vent and ran across the dashboard, startling me so badly that it nearly caused an accident. No customer should ever have to experience something that hazardous and disgusting.
The vehicle also had crumbs, debris, and visible buildup throughout, making it clear it had not been properly cleaned before being rented out. The condition was so revolting that my mother refused to even sit in the car in her clothes because of how unsanitary it felt.
I was forced to cut my business trip short and return the vehicle early because driving in those conditions was simply intolerable. Renting out a vehicle in that state is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of quality control, cleanliness standards, and customer care.
I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this company to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before leaving the lot. This experience was disturbing, inconvenient, and entirely avoidable.
I apologize for your experience. I do make an honest effort to clean my cars thoroughly after every trip. Unfortunately, there is some deterioration expected due to this being a rental vehicle and not all guests are considerate with the care of vehicles.
That being said, I do believe this review is a gross exaggeration the condition of the car, and frankly harsh and unfair.
Regardless, I will try to make improvements so this doesn't happen again.
