The car was clean and neat gas was already full the car was delivered an hour before the time I requested it for and I was able to extend my time a little longer great host and great communication definitely will be booking with him again and definitely recommend

Would definitely book again but a different car. The host was INCREDIBLE! Except that they asked me not to leave a review with problems in the comments but to report to them directly instead. That defeats the purpose of honest reviews BEFORE people spend their money. The host attempted to accommodate additional days within my schedule. I would have added the extra day if timing and scheduling aligned just because of convenience of already having the vehicle. It just didn’t align that way but regardless the host maintained a Very timely response. They were Very respectful, and Very professional. The vehicle smelled of smoke when i first got it but I was in a rush going out of town and didn’t have time to make other arrangements. Most Turo vehicles do (from MY experience) but this one was very baked in. So, I had it detailed when i got it before i went out of town and when i returned it so it wasn’t smelling when i returned the car. This was important so that the smell wasn’t latching onto me and my clothes throughout the experience. The car has burn stains on the front passengers seat so there is visual proof of the smoking in the vehicle which is a small eye sore that seat covers could compensate for. It stalls sometimes when pulling off (VERY slow take off). The tires have very little tread and will need to be replaced soon. So overall, the HOST made the experience worth while and the HOST is as AMAZING! Would definitely book again because of the trust built with the host and the company, just not this particular car ❤️

This is a clear example of unable to accommodate everyone. Someone else booked the car for July 4th weekend so she had to return the vehicle. She wanted us to cancel the new guest trip so she could continue. That’s a Turo violation. We offered another vehicle but she declined assuming upset. Also she placed 2300 miles on the car with daily extensions and not one complaint until she could not extend again. Hence this review.
This is hands down the best Company on Turo for Georgia right now if you have any issues ..with your vehicle They will get you squared away asap ..I will only rent from this company
