My car broke down, and I received very little help to repair it. The worst part is that my luggage is locked inside. Not a good experience at all!

I’m sorry your trip didn’t go as expected. However, I’d like to clarify a few details for future guests.
On July 4th the operator tried to turn off the car while still in Drive Gear which caused the car to lockup, not turnoff or switch gears which resulted in the car being towed. The luggage remained inside because the keys were inside car and guest was locked out of the car
These were Operational Issues that caused a Mechanical failure. The vehicle was fully functional on delivery day.

Great experience and super responsive host. The car was in impeccable condition for a 2021, and was such a fun drive!
Rented it while in ATL for work, and ended up being almost the same cost for this cool car then I would have spent at Enterprise for a “normal” ride.
As long as you don’t need a huge amount of luggage space, two carry-ons at the most, this is a great choice!
