Unfortunately, this rating dropped my score from a perfect 5 stars for the first time. I provided Turo full photo evidence showing the car was spotless, but they decided to honor the guest's personal perspective. I take pride in my high standards and remain dedicated to offering a top-tier experience for all future guests.
