Jason is a phenomenal, very communicative, host! The vehicle smelled great, drove great, and pick up and drop off were super super super easy. Thank you so much again Jason!

The host was very nice and attentive but the car need some attention and there were safety issues. The front windshield was severely cracked. There was a bulb hanging attached to a wire under the front of the car. The key fob battery was low and I was unsure if it would interfere with the car ability to drive because I was getting warning lights on the dash. The back driver window couldn't roll down. And there was no license plate on the front, which is required in IL. I had to take a trip out of state for a funeral and because of the distance these things could have been hazardous or moving violations from the police. The car drove very well, it had great air conditioning, brakes, and gas mileage. But the other things need to be addressed. If I would have had time to switch and cancel, I would have.
