The car had everything it needed and more. Electric cars are convenient and it’s good for you to know where all of the pumps are both fast and regular speed. The owner of the vehicle even helped me get my bags out of the vehicle, which was so helpful.

Very smooth transition, i was late for pick up and they were very accommodating

Here’s a cleaner version that reflects what you experienced without overstating that the battery was definitely defective:

The car itself was not bad, but overall I was disappointed with the experience. The battery range felt very limited and I had to stop and charge the car multiple times, which made the trip inconvenient and stressful. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the battery or if this is normal for this model, but based on my experience, the car was not practical for longer trips.

Ivan's response

Sorry you were disappointed, but the listing clearly states this is a fully electric vehicle and includes its estimated range. Driving over 500 miles in two days naturally requires charging, just as a gas car would require refueling. The battery is in excellent condition and has no issues. It’s carefully maintained and charged properly when not rented. Please review vehicle details before booking to ensure it fits your travel needs.

Everything was great! Except I never use an electric car and didn’t know you have to charge it every two hours. Now I know.

Ivan's response

Before your trip, we spoke by phone and you specifically asked whether the vehicle was electric. I explained that it is a fully electric Hyundai Ioniq and also discussed its driving range, so you were informed before picking up the car. I’m sorry the experience with charging was different from what you expected, but I appreciate you taking the time to learn about driving an EV. Thank you for taking good care of the vehicle, and I wish you all the best.
