Car was leaking antifreeze right from the start. Had to buy antifreeze out of my own pocket twice to refill. Car then was overheating. Got stuck in Pittsburgh, PA 4 hours from Michigan as it had to be towed back to the host. Host stopped communicating and didn’t reimburse me for antifreeze. Complete disaster and ruined my trip as I had to get a rental car to get home. Do not rent from this host.
I am looking to see with Turo how to properly handle your receipts for the antifreeze. One again,it was never my or any intention to have it broken down on you. The vehicle has routine maintenance and last service was that past Monday at the dealership. Once my response is completed from turo side, you will see the reimbursement.
