It’s very unfortunate that you would unload your frustration with turo experience onto the host. You made a mistake on your reservation time confusing PM and AM and unfortunately the original car that you had booked was not available at the AM time. So upon your request, you were accommodated into the vehicle that was available. If your trip was cancelled due to your own mistake, you would lose all the money because it was non refundable but the host accommodated you.
