Car has NO WORKING AIR!!!! Did offer to put me in another vehicle, however if renting a vehicle for days obviously I’m not around to bring the car back to where I got it from?? Not sure why you wouldn’t check that the air is working when the weather is 85 degrees outside. Other than bringing the car back 5 hrs away, no reimbursement or help was offered.

Hadi was a very polite host considering this was my first time utilizing the TURO app. The car was nice, clean, and gas saver friendly I will definitely recommend them to friends and family Hadi.
