THEY SAID THE CAR WAS READY FOR PICKUP BUT IN FACT IT WASNT BECUZ THE BACK RIGHT BREAK LIGHT WAS OUT AND I HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR A FUNERAL AND HE SAID ALL I CAN DO IS STOP AT AURO ZONE AND THEY CAN REPLACE IT AND HE WILL REPLACE THE BULB AND I FELT VERY DISRESPECTED BECUZ THATS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR TO INCONVENIENCE MYSELF WHEN I’VE ALREADY PAID FOR A RENTAL TO GO GET REPAIRS FOR A RENTAL THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN READY AND CHECKED FOR ME TO USE THIS VEHICLE!!!! I MADE IT TO MY DESTINATION, BUT THE CAR HAD POOR POWER SPEED, AND I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS VEHICLE, BUT I WAS PUSHING FOR TIME AND HAD TO BE AT MY STEPFATHER‘S FUNERAL OUT OF TOWN!!!!

Thanks for renting! The bulb went out during your trip as you mentioned. Cars are fully checked before each trip and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We offered you a solution immediately on how we can fix that and reimburse you but you refused
