Great communication
-got in early off flight, told me it was in cleaning and could be able to pick up soon. Good as gold it was ready very shortly after.
-host also gave local recommendations and knowabouts around the island like certain beaches to avoid bc of theft and vehicle damage
Car was reliable, clean and perfect for getting around.

Car worked great! We got a flat a few days into our trip, brought it back to Valdez Rentals and he fixed our tire in no time! Mahalo!
