We look forward to making your island experience one to remember. *Update Effective Immediately* Due to Lihue Airport’s recent policy change for Turo, we are no longer allowed to park at the short term parking or anywhere around the airport. As a solution, these are the two options when booking. 1. If you chose Lihue airport, there is a shuttle van that will pick you up/drop you off from baggage claim to where the vehicle is located (about 4 miles from the airport). 2. Or you can find your own ride to pick up and drop off the vehicle at 1579 Haleukana Street Lihue HI 96766. Options to getting there are Taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Our vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking device called “Air Tag”. You may get a notification on your device which notifies you. This information may be shared with third parties for roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, theft and insurance purposes. Please NO OFF ROADING, NO SMOKING, and absolutely NO PETS. Although we love pets, we want to be mindful of those with *severe* allergies. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for excessive sand/dirt on the interior. If smoke is detected a $250 fee will be applied for professional cleaning & sanitation. In addition you may be permanently removed from the Turo platform. Keep in mind we are on an island with lots of mountains, some areas don’t receive the best cell service. Please be kind, patient and understanding when there are delays in communication.
