The car was great for our trip. It got great gas mileage and was reliable. We went all around the island with it. The host was quick in responding. We made the right choice on this one!
A couple of nitpicks: the smell wasn’t our favorite, and the phone bluetooth was a little weird

Brakes felt weird to me, like they were not grabbing well. Informed host of the problem and was told to bring the car back and member services would help me from there. I was charged a 1-day use of $97 for having the car from the host spot, to resort and back. I only had the vehicle for a total of 2 hours and only drove 15 or 20 miles. This was my first time using Turo and I will never use again. I did not feel safe in the vehicle, yet was required to pay for 1-day use. The host even claimed I was lying because he dropped the vehicle off himself with no issue. (Mind you, I have worked at Enterprise for 3 years and know the difference in how different cars drive.) Also, I was driving around in a town I am not familiar of with my 84 year old grandma. We spent 5 hours of our vacation trying to handle this problem. There was absolutely no empathy or customer service. Will never use Turo again and will recommend others to avoid as well due to this interaction.

TJ was so amazing, I can’t recommend him enough! He was great about communicating and the vehicle was very reliable. Definitely would rent from him again!
