The car was clean and ran well. It’s not new or fancy, but it was comfortable and felt safe. The pickup is not at the LIH airport. It’s at a lot 2 miles away, which you access via a shuttle. It’s easy but the shuttle adds 30 min to pick and drop off.
FYI, the Turo lot is run by Turo for all airport pickups. Guests choosing airport rather than "home" location should expect to wait. Hosts have nothing to do with it.

This was a great car to have for 2 people and would be perfect for 4 even. The trunk was huge and could fit everything needed. The gas mileage was even better. We had it for a week and drove from Princeville to Lihui and back 4 times, even with that we only filled up at the end of the trip to drop it off. Richard was easy to work with and pick up is easier than a rental car business with the luxury of working with someone who actually cars about you and their car! Highly recommend

Some issues with the app getting the car. Car owner was helpful. The car needs some maintenance, very squeaky seatbelts, driver side visor unsteady, actually fell down, some noise in engine which sounds like it could have an issue. But, it did get us to all our destinations. Owner was accommodating when we wanted to drop our car off early.
All issues fixed, and passed inspection!

car tires weren’t the best little tread left, interior was clean. issue with transport from the airport to the car they would only take half our group to pick up the car then we had to drive back to the airport to get the rest of our group.
