The car had a leak in the tire when we got it and didn’t know until the next day because they filled it up right before they gave it to us. Had to fill it up everyday and they tried to blame it on me and told me I would have to get it repaired. I told them it was them and I wasn’t paying for anything. They then said that I wouldn’t have to do that and could just return the car or deal with it. I couldn’t return the car bc I would be out of a car for a day and would have to find one and it would mess all of our plans up. I am on vacation and this is the stuff I have to deal with. So I dealt with it and filled it up everyday. They then wanted to charge me 28 dollars in “incidental fees” for not filling the vehicle up all the way. You guys really gonna charge me 28 dollars because the arrow wasn’t exactly on full and just slightly below because I drove to get food then to airport. After I dealt with the low tire all week. This was my first experience with Turo and probably my last because you have scamming liars like ALOHA PROVISIONS LLC. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and are a joke. Nobody rent from this joke of a company.

Love the car, easy to navigate to pick up, and very transparent host to help us out and communicate. Although a day after we first started driving the vehicle(we drove to our hotel maybe 10 miles away), the check engine light came on and we will probably be charged for this.

We loved our experience with Aloha State Provisions. Super friendly shuttle experience getting to the car and seamless pick up (though we did accidentally pick up the wrong mustang LOL so sorry again!). We’d definitely book with these guys again

The service was very easy and there was good prompt communication with the hosts. The car was lesser quality than i was expecting. The two rear windows of our convertible did not seal so we didnt feel safe locking anything in our car. You could open the windows by had from the outside. The heated/cooled seats also didnt work and the cooling would have been very useful. We will use Turo again because of the ease of use and affordability.
