Car drove fine but the window wasn’t working and so the convertible function couldn’t be used.

It was very difficult to use and very disappointing on location and how to get set up ! Not very clear and I had a very hard time getting someone to help me ! I will never use this app again ! Also know way to get to car except by taxi or Uber! Not a very good service!!! Will not telll anyone about this service!!!!’

Car quality was awesome, except for the passenger window not able to roll down. But that did not affect the awesome experience of driving this car in Hawaii! There are shuttles that take you to and from airport. Would have been nice to know!
