This trip was everything that's wrong with Turo. Don't rent beach equipment, umbrella provided was broken and chairs missing attachments/broken zippers/ heavily worn. Had to buy a new umbrella on my trip which totally defeated the purpose of renting. Original car we booked was cancelled 72 hours prior, offered another vehicle that I was basically forced to accept due to tripled rates elsewhere when I booked far ahead at a higher refundable rate.. New vehicle was a mustang (sports car) that was much smaller storagewise, which was further complicated by the rented items with our luggage. Support from Nathaniel ended up being ghosting at the end and initially "just return the car" to then have to pay 4x the cost for a same day rental. Stressed most of our time on this trip because of this experience. Won't be renting from Turo after this experience. Also shocked to read other reviews mentioning cockroaches!

I guess I’m having a hard time with this and all of our interactions because like you said it was three times less than anything you could find. Yes, we had to switch you out cars, but instead of canceling, we gave you an upgraded car that rents out for twice as much as your original car. Yes, you could’ve canceled but you didn’t wanna spend three times more so I am having a hard time and went above and beyond what was necessary and to get this kind of review is just insulting

SUPER FUN car to drive, and easy to pickup, for a really good price. As other reviews mentioned, the condition of the car could be nicer, but it is fine. It's clearly well-loved and it shows, but it was clean and functioned perfectly for our needs!

Mediocre vehicle. Not very clean or in good condition. Makes noises in front when driving. Check it out before continuing renting it’s not great needs some matinence .
