The car quality was less than expected. Very dirty, lots of scratches, center console was busted, back windshield was hard to see out of.

The car's quality was good, pickup was a little annoying having to uber to the mall but I understand there's nothing he could do about it so, and the mall is not that far away so it doesn't end up being bad. Nathaniel was very clear and detailed in instructions and never left me wonderijg what I was supposed to do, very good communication.

The host posted false pick up location (airport) to attract bookings and change it to their preferred location days before the trip and will let you know to modify the booking to pick up the car at a different location with some over priced private transport options. I was promised a $30 refund for this but the host never responded to any conversation about the refund! The car is cool but old with 80k miles on it- wheel alignment off- no good drive feel- old and weary- I would opt for a rental car company any day over this transaction!
If you look back at your booking, you were notified immediately about the airport situation. You didn’t get your refund because you didn’t change it quick enough. You chose a nonrefundable trip and it only lets you do that in the first 24 hours. There is no physical pick up at the airport on our island even the big Rent-A-Car companies shuttle you offsite. We just do the best we can with an unfortunate situation. Mahalo for your business.

The car was ok. The pick up and drop off was quite a hassle especially that we picked up in a very muddy parking lot after heavy rain. Then we had to expense for uber.
