The best Turo I have rented to date. I popped a tire in haena the other end of the island and Raymond drove up to switch it out for me which was just going above and beyond. Obviously that is not an ideal scenario and wouldn’t want to do that again but was impressed by his level of care beyond just using his car as a business. The car was great a hybrid so I didn’t use much gas at all! 10/10 would recommend and will be back again ! Thanks Raymond!

I didn’t like where I had to pick the car up. I didn’t like having to pay an Uber or taxi to get there. I didn’t like that. My only option was to pay TURO $30 just to get back to the airport. I thought that could’ve been easier. It was easier on Maui. The host just drove us to the airport so we didn’t have to pay extra money to get there. I was appreciative that the host let me return the car half charged. And the car was excellent.
Im sorry you didnt like the car location. As we discussed on the phone, Kaua'i hosts arent allowed to drop their guest off directly at the airport which is why there is a turo shuttle that can shuttle you there.
Mahalo for renting the volt and I hope you have a more enjoyable pickup/drop off experience in the future.

Raymond was a great host and the car was perfect for our trip. We didn’t even need to ever gas up thanks to being able to recharge. Raymond was also responsive to a question I had regarding where the LATCH car seat bars were in this particular car. Would definitely recommend him and this vehicle again!

Everything went smoothly! Raymond was very attentive. The car isn't in perfect shape but it worked for the island and our needs and the price was right.
