This was easily one of the worst rentals i have had. The trunk was dented and i literally couldn’t open it. The car was filthy and still had trash in there. Also the back seat was missing a seatbelt and the car had a terrible odor
Every piece of this is unequivocally false. This gentleman got angry that I sent him a five dollar invoice for fuel because he brought the car back with slightly less fuel than we gave it to him with and then began screaming and yelling and calling people names.
