The host responded very quickly and the process of getting the car was smooth, but once I got position of the car, I had problems from the beginning to the end. This car needs serious maintenance. It squeaks loud when you start it up, it squeak when you accelerate, the air comes and goes, and jerk as well. and when I reached out to the host to make them aware of the problems I was experiencing and what solutions They had, they had the audacity to tell me to take it to the nearest shop to get it fixed , which is not my responsibility at all. Not at one point was I offer any compensation or replacement car? I was told to take it to the shop or just called Turo for rebooking..

I liked the car i did but i think it just needs a little maintanence people were so nice though
