Car was raggedy.

Car smelled of cigarettes bad and had a low hanging bumper but not bad otherwise

It’s A lot a problems that was already wrong with the car and the car scrapes cause it’s low and the front bumper damaged. Other than that trip was fine

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental. The vehicle was not as advertised in the listing photos. There was visible body damage that was not disclosed prior to booking, which immediately raised concerns upon pickup.
The interior was in similar condition as the exterior—the headliner was visibly dirty and unkempt. This was especially frustrating and frankly embarrassing, as I was using the vehicle for business purposes and transporting executives. The condition of the car did not reflect a professional or well-maintained rental at all. The key fob would also not recognize we were in the car and would not start and we had to sit and wait several minutes over multiple occasions.
Overall, this rental caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Between the undisclosed damage and poor cleanliness, it felt more like a neglected vehicle than something suitable for a paid rental service.
I would not recommend this host or vehicle. Too many issues and not worth the hassle.
This is one of the cheapest cars available on Turo in all of the Kansas City area we have 50 other cars some of them as new as 2026. I think this guest had expectations outside of her budget. This vehicle is a budget friendly car not something you transport around business executives in.

I wasn’t to happy with the car having issues however Blake did everything to accommodate the return of the vehicle. I would rent from him again.
