The car was dirty and smelled like dogs but it ran ok. Pickup and drop off were easy.

The car started having issues running. I notified the host. They then accused me of damaging the vehicle and and there was nothing wrong with the car they said. They said it was the transmission all Ford focuses. Have a transmission driving issue. But then he told me it was my fault. So which is it? Super awful absolutely unprofessional host I AM A TRAVEL NURSE AND I HAVE RENTED THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES. THIS IS THE WORST HOST THE WORST CAR, THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME..
You are the worst guest on Turo and possibly in any of my businesses. Called saying the car had an issue. We sent our mechanic out to look at the vehicle and she ghosted Turo and our staff. Lied about everything involving the car to Turo so she could get her money back to pay for dental work. The car was checked by a private shop and our staff with ZERO concerns. We didn’t have to let her out of her month long contract, but in order to help her out we cancelled the rental. You need to banned.

Car was very clean and had a full tank of gas when I got in. No auto issues whatsoever and the employees were very helpful in the process of getting me the vehicle.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
