Pickup was easy and so was drop off. Multiple issues with the car. Car was a little dirty with stain seats. Some garbage was left under the seat from a previous trip. USB-C was broken, keyless entry didn't work on driver side and apple play didn't work. It was tough with not being familiar with the area and having two base all of my directions off my phone. Purposely searched for cars that had Apple Pay. One perk is the owner seemed to communicate pretty well. Unfortunately, it did not help with my situation.

We agree with you 100%. I can’t apologize enough for my team letting you down. Of all the rentals we have done, we have never checked to see if the USB ports work, it is now part of our inspection process when guest turn them in. It appears the prior guest broke it and didn’t report it. As far as vehicle being dirty,it came back from a long term rental that morning disgusting and our detailers tried their best to spot clean the seats which only made it worse.
