The car wasn’t in the best condition but worked just fine. Pick up and drop-off were easy to coordinate. The only real issue was that one of the headlights was out, and we found that out the hard way when we got pulled over by the police, driving at night!

While pickup was smooth and the car ultimately was functional, the vehicle was advertised as a non-smoking vehicle but smelled very strongly of smoke. The vehicle interior was also quite dirty upon pickup, specifically the trunk. Both the front seats had cigarette burns through the seats which were conveniently left out of the listing photos. Upon reaching out to the host regarding this he was quite defensive and engaged in non-productive conversation including sending screenshots of his ratings and pay rates if we were to complain and ask for a price adjustment. Additionally, this car had only manual locks without a clicker key, and manual crank windows which was surprising for a 2017 vehicle. I would not recommend this vehicle and would not rent again, particularly if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke. The smell and overall condition of the vehicle resulted in our family members not being able to ride in our vehicle, and ultimately we avoided use of the vehicle whenever possible so it was parked for the majority of our rental period.
