When i picked up the car there was damage that was NOT disclosed in the photos when i booked. There was no grill and the bumper was broken in half with a piece of red tape holding it together. The bumper was shaking so hard i had to drive backroads which added a significant amount of miles amd time onto our trip. Causing us to arrive late and miss the entire concert we paid $500 to see. We were then charged for the extra miles over the limit. The owner was not apologetic at all and refused to try to find a resolution. They completely stopped responding and left on read. Super unprofessional way to handle problems. They admitted that the previous driver ran something over and broke it so they taped it back together. They didnt see any problem with not disclosing this to me.. It looked aweful and didnt even hold up the first hour of the drive. When you book a car you expect to see exactly what youre getting. Would not recommend.

Car did not start upon pick up

The car was pretty beat up, missing a hubcap, and smelled like cigarettes. No issues really with its operation other than some of the windows not rolling down completely. The car also averaged about 17mpg on our trip, which is disappointing for a car of this size and is probably caused by a lack of maintenance.
I also wasted quite a bit of time searching for the car in the parking lot, just to find out it hadn’t even been dropped off yet. Despite being cheaper than most other options in the area, I am still very disappointed in all aspects of this car rental…

The driver side window does not roll down. There’s also something under the car on the driver side that’s hanging. Other than that car drives well.
